I like Smoker and I meet all the Requirements, plus it'd put a roleplay limit on my DF abilities since my current one is pretty much just power play.

Standing at the front deck of the ship, I looked ahead to the pirate infested docks of the town that had been called for backup and instantly felt disgust. It looked as if fires were going off with no signs of stopping anytime soon. Did those pirates not have any common sense? You can't burn to the ground what you wish to claim as yours.
"Vice-Admiral Smoker, We're approaching docks, what are your orders?" asked a marine grunt of G-5.
Taking a drag, a let out a wisp of smoke stating, "Take us to the west side of town, we can't afford to be bombarded by their entire fleet."
The marine yelled, "Yes Sir!" as he saluted and called other marines to turn the sail. As the boat was turning, an explosion hit the water near the ship, catching my attention.
"There are three ships leaving the docks!" One of the grunts proclaimed as cannon fire was directed our way.
"Return fire immediately!" I shouted as I got ready to fly using my devil fruit. Heavy fire was traded between the four ships, and in the midst of it I was flying around our vessel catching projectiles with my dense smoke. Eventually, I stockpiled enough cannonballs to completely decimate one of the ships when I redirected the spheres of lead all at once.
I shouted down to Tashigi, "There you go Tashigi, deal with the other two small fry and meet me in the town" knowing fully well she was incapable of doing so, and I went to fetch my motorbike allowing me to cross the harbor with ease.
I noticed the ensign fumbled for her glasses as she prepped for her oncoming confrontation.
I activated my Moku Moku No Mi, feeling the engine of my trusty motorbike roar once more, as I sped across the harbor headed for the ravaged town. The two remaining pirate ships saw me and changed their focus, which only allowed my marines to board their ships successfully and start hand to hand combat with the criminals. I reached the dock and pushed through some rubble, looking for what I would assume is the mayor's mansion, then I heard a maniacal laugh in the distance.
